THE SAINT KERBER PARCS
The Saint-Kerber Parcs have been oyster farmers in Cancale for three generations.
Sensitive to the need to respect the ecosystem of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, they have set up a production organisation that allows them to preserve the entire coastal environment while benefiting from the natural wealth generated by the bay, which produces the highest tides in Europe.
Today, their oysters can be found on the best tables in the world.
