Delivery and return

The packages are shipped within 2 to 8 days after receipt of payment.
You will be automatically informed by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the routing of your package.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your articles in one order.
We can not replace both orders and shipping costs to both of them.

RETURN AVAILABLE UNDER 30 DAYS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND)
Did you get your items plus size or cup not suitable for you? No worries, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to request an exchange or refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Returns are offered for France via the Relais de La Poste or La Poste services.

WHAT TIME?
Upon exchange or refund of your item, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
In the case of an exchange, it will be processed as soon as possible according to availability of products within twenty (20) days of receipt of your articles. In case of unavailability of the items, we will contact you to inform you.
In the case of a refund request, it will be made within twenty (20) days of receipt of your items and automatically on the account associated with the credit card used at the time of payment.
