Since 2018, Friendly Frenchy has combined the circular economy, innovation, and French craftsmanship with its Shell Glasses®. The optical and solar lines grow with the tides, seasons, inspirations, and partnerships with producers, fishermen, and industry stakeholders.

Drawing inspiration from the shape, color, and original environment of collected shells and crustaceans, our creations are crafted from shell by-products sourced through our collection and valorization network. Each frame preserves traceability of the shells and crustaceans.

Made in France with an ongoing quest for improvement, our materials and hand‑made frames are produced in limited quantities with a designer style for frequent renewal.

The uniqueness of our materials makes each model one‑of‑a‑kind, yet they all share a machining detail across every design, evoking the irregularity of shells and our attention to detail.
