Who are you and where are you from?

Hello ! We are Gaëtan Guerlais and Anaël Moreau, we form the duo The Feebles, a graphic design and illustration studio. We both come from the Nantes region, we have been working together for more than 10 years and set up our studio in 2013, in Nantes of course.
Do you have a motto that influences your life?
Design & happiness! That's what motivates us every day, to aim for pleasure in our creations. For our personal life, we only keep happiness because we already spend too much time at work ;)

What seduced you in Friendly Frenchy ?

What we liked about Friendly Frenchy was the challenge. Indeed, Sandrine and Laurent called on us to create the first visuals of the brand, and thus give it a universe. It's a very enriching project, based on exchange to fully understand the brand's desires and atmosphere. Moreover, we are very inspired by the world of the sea in our creations, and Friendly Frenchy is a playground very conducive to exploring this universe!

What is your sound at the moment?

Right now we're listening to Dope Lemon, Angus Stone's new project. Indie psychedelic ambience perfect for working, or imagining yourself at the beach while we're in the studio!

What is your best culinary memory ? (dish, kitchen, restaurant...)

Gaëtan : My Grandmother's potato salad/tuna/vinaigrette
Anaël : The marinated pork and cheese sandwich from "Casa Guedes" in Porto. Typical!

What is your best holiday memory?

Our truck road trip along the Atlantic coast to Spain in 2011. Lots of stages, wild camping and short nights ;)

What is your best spot?

The cliff from Pen-Hir  Camaret-sur-Mer

Can you recommend an artist?

We are absolute fans of the work of Californian Steven Harrington!

What's the craziest thing you've ever done?

A fresco on the ground of 30 m in diameter! It was during the vélo parade in Nantes in 2015, and we only had one night to do it. So we got 12 buddies and as many poles and rollers on it, and it was a great experience!
